If you choose to exchange your item in the event of size mismatch or defective product you will get the replacement free of cost, subject to availability & brand policy Pretr will also follow brand/ store return policy. The return policy may vary from product to product & from brand to brand. Return or exchange policy for every product is mentioned on the individual product.

Every retailer or brand store will have a different returns & exchange policy. For in-store returns the returns will happen as per the returns policy of the retailer or brand store only. If need be you may email Pretr customer service to ensure that the return window is open or to know other details of returns policy. We can help you with store timings as well
Under normal circumstances, your order is processed and prepared for dispatch immediately. Hence, you may not be able to make any amendments or cancel your order, if it has already been processed/picked up from the respective store. In this instance, you would have to return your order once you've received it, in accordance with our Returns Policy. However your order is not dispatched we will process the cancellation request if there is one
In case of returns through Pretr your refund will be credited to Pretr account as Pretr credit. And in case of cancellation the refunds will be processed in the original mode of payment. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
